Is NFT video the next creative niche to make a big impact in the NFT space next year?
There have been a number of headlines this year about upcoming NFT shows set to debut in early 2022. The latest announcement comes from the creators of Glue Factory NFTs, who are hard at work on an animated dark comedy based on their equine stars (we could all do with a bit of comedy right now).
The animated series is being written by six comedy writers with extensive experience in the media industry, including Jon Barinholtz, Katie Rich, Colton Dunn, Rob Belushi, and Jim Wise. Season 1 of the show will consist of six episodes, each lasting 5 to 10 minutes, and will premiere in December 2021 or January 2022.
The story is told through the eyes of horses and through a comedic lens set in an alternate reality on a horse-filled world. The show will cover topics such as NFT culture, relationships, and inner hopes and dreams. As a result, you can expect some amusing underlying social commentary and a good laugh with the NFT community!
Even entrepreneur and NFT enthusiast Gary Vaynerchuk couldn’t help but comment on the show, saying, “Someone’s going to make the breakout show in NFT land, and when they do, the NFTs that launched will explode, and it’ll be fascinating to see how much.”
