The Whale Alert platform has reported that 103.5 million XRP coins were shoveled to the Binance exchange from anonymous crypto addresses in the last day. The Bithomp analytics platform data shows that the transactions were made on other major trading platforms.
Two transactions were discovered, one transferring 40 million XRP from Huobi to Binance and the other transferring 63.2 million from Bybit exchange to Binance.
The transaction fee for the first transfer was 0.05 XRP, and the fee for the second transfer was 0.000012 XRP.
Ripple was seen moving 20 million coins to Bitso, a Mexico-based exchange and Ripple’s ODL partner in the Latin America region, on September 22. The transfer was made from RL18-VN, one of Ripple’s alternative wallets used for transferring XRP outside of Ripple, to its customers and partners.
XRP has been trading in the $0.90 range over the last few days. According to CoinMarketCap, the token has recovered this area three times after falling to the $0.89 level following a drop from the $1.07 mark on Sept. 19.
